Then we want you to join Lutheran Social Services of WI & Upper MI as an Adult Residential Support Professional at Grandstone! Grandstone is an 8 bed residential facility providing 24 hour supervision for adults with mental health and/or addictions issues who are experiencing a crisis from any of life's difficult circumstances. We offer support to clients through various educational groups, transportation to appointments, medication management, and by helping them develop or strengthen their basic and instrumental activities of daily living. This is a full time, 2nd shift opportunity, 40 hours a week opportunity with hours from 2pm-10pm. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: A High School Diploma or GED Equivalency is required for the position. Related experience or credits toward a bachelor's degree from an accredited college in social work, human services, psychology or similar major is preferred, but not required. One year of work experience in crisis or mental health preferred. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: This position must have a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation to perform the essential duties of the role; a motor vehicle check (MVR) with a satisfactory driving record per the LSS Driver Safety Procedure is required, and ability to meet LSS auto insurance requirements.
