Join Our Team as an International Business Unit Sales Manager!

Are you passionate about driving growth and profitability in a dynamic global market? Clemens Food Group is seeking a skilled and motivated International Business Unit Sales Manager to lead our Variety and By-products product categories to new heights.

About the Role:

As an International Business Unit Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of managing profitability, optimizing value, and overseeing sales activities for your assigned product families. You'll collaborate closely with operations, FSQA teams, and customers to drive performance and achieve margin results that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Value Optimization: Lead the charge in surpassing margin targets for your product categories by analyzing monthly results, managing product mix, and making strategic adjustments to maximize profitability.
  • Product Management: Take ownership of the product portfolio, ensuring that our offerings meet and exceed specifications. Conduct routine evaluations of our products against competitors and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Inventory and Availability Management: Monitor and manage unsold frozen inventory, distressed/aging stock, and future export needs. Collaborate with the Warehouse and Materials Management teams to align production with demand.
  • Sales Execution and Pricing: Develop and execute weekly sales plans, set competitive pricing targets, and negotiate with customers to balance supply and demand. Drive out-front sales strategies that optimize inventory and market conditions.
  • Category Strategy and Planning: Define and communicate category strategies, set annual sales objectives, and provide quarterly reforecasts to leadership.


What We're Looking For:



  • A driven professional with 2-3 years of experience in category or business unit management, excellent analytical and decision-making skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to thrive in an environment of constant change and variability.
  • A solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for connecting with customers and driving growth.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced Spanish-speaking skills
  • Experience in project management and continuous improvement.
