Position Summary
The University of New Mexico, Health Sciences Center, Department of Internal Medicine, seeks exceptional faculty to join a dedicated group of medical educators in the Division of Hospital Medicine. We work jointly at the 618 bed tertiary University of New Mexico Hospital and 65 bed Sandoval Regional Medical Center. The position is open rank-open track. Salary will be commensurate with experience and education. Come join our collegial atmosphere in a physician run program. Career development are highlights of these positions. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be board certified
or eligible in Internal Medicine by date of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in hospital
medicine. - Experience/interest in
medical education or quality improvement activities. - A demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity,
inclusion, and student success, as well as working with broadly diverse communities.
