In this crucial position, you will collaborate with technical and professional staff to oversee cost allocation, financial systems security, the OYA SPOTS Program, and capital asset inventory. You will be instrumental in preparing annual financial statements, designing and implementing accounting systems and controls, and developing comprehensive accounting policies and procedures. This role requires proficiency in the Statewide Financial Management Application (SFMA), expertise in complex financial accounting, and a strong understanding of the Oregon Accounting Manual and GAAP. The ideal candidate will also bring a commitment to applying an Equity Lens to all aspects of their work, ensuring fair and inclusive practices in every task.
