Leads a team or multiple teams that are responsible for the execution of the oversight programs for a business area. Manages departmental projects for adherence to process control, document and record control, as well as internal controls and compliance with company policies, procedures and practices. Collaborates with leadership to verify changes to claim handling practices, procedures and system changes will comply with compliance guidelines. Coordinates market conduct surveys, claim handling and legal discovery process for the division to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Position Compensation Range: $95,000.00 - $161,000.00Pay Rate Type: SalaryCompensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location.
