If you are aiming to grow your career within construction & engineering, then our Project Coordinator opportunity will provide you with a fulfilling position responsible for daily project coordination, which includes implementing controls standards and processes, as well as developing, maintaining, and modifying project schedules. As our new Project Coordinator, you will generate schedule reports, and work closely with Project Managers and other team members to assure seamless delivery of customer service.

This hybrid position is based out of our client company Chatsworth, CA or Valencia, CA office.



Responsibilities

Other Responsibilities include:

    Supports the management of project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
  • Assists both company employees and outside contractors in completion of their planning work.
  • Coordinate input from and participation with various other departments within the Client Company as needed to meet project objectives.
  • Updates the regions mapping products, pipeline schematics and technical emergency/project material-procurement and disposition.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
  • Assists with the reconciliation of job packages.


Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent comprised of formal education (and/or certification) and/or directly related work experience required. Science, technical, engineering or math focused, or commercial construction related education.
  • Large scale construction, engineering, and/or utility project and/or project management experience.
  • Project management work performed in context of a regulated utility industry.

The pay range for this California position is $28.00 - $33.00 per hour; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. This information is provided per California Senate Bill 1162. Base pay information is based on market location. Applicants should apply via the NV5 careers site.
