Summary/Objective: The Lippert University Learning Team is a world-class training team, which is focused upon developing the technical and professional skills required to perform at exceedingly prominent levels of quality expected from our wide array of customers. We aim to help our Team Members achieve a vast and ever-expanding skill set leading to a more confident workforce, producing higher retention rates, and a belief that learning leads to an improved culture and will improve our customer relationships. We are currently looking for highly qualified Learning Specialists with prior adult learning experience, primarily within a manufacturing setting. You will be responsible for helping create and refine curriculum, assessments, and evaluate the skills of our Team Members. Key components of this development will be designing appropriate Learning experiences where our Team Members can learn and grow. Your ability to work with content specialists within our corporate and manufacturing sectors to develop curriculum and learning materials and activities will be critical to your success. Facilitating their understanding of how best to take technical or skill specific processes and create meaningful and engaging curriculum that will have the greatest impact on our Team Members. Supervisory Responsibility: This position will not have any supervisory responsibilities upon hire. Physical Demands: Primarily working indoors but situations will arise where short stints outside during all seasons of the year are required. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. May stand for several hours consecutively. This position is continually active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching throughout the day Repetitive use of hands to operate technical equipment, tools, and other material is required. Must be able to lift 50lbs Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time salaried position. Work schedule will be Monday thru Friday, day shift. The exact daily schedule will be established by the needs of the Team Members being trained and scheduled by the Learning Director Travel: Travel will be required and will be primarily local during the business day. Occasional out-of-state trips, including overnight stays, may be necessary to fulfil this role. Preferred Education and Experience:
