There are seasonal part-time and occasional opportunities available. The wage range for this role is $20.00 - $22.00/hr, based on experience and certifications. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Prepare venues as needed for training Help to build, maintain, and tear down all race, competition and event venues Maintain excellent guest and employee rapport and ensure customer satisfaction remains at the highest level possible Maintain appropriate asset protection and inventory control Supervise training venues to ensure safety while athletes are training Maintain the highest safety standards and code compliance Other duties as assigned EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Education: High School Diploma, in progress or completed Experience: Ski or snowboard at an expert level Previous experience working with signage, fencing, and racing gates Knowledge and understanding of US Ski & Snowboard and/or USASA rules and regulations Previous experience maintaining venues in accordance with criteria set by US Ski & Snowboard and/or USASA, recommended US Ski and Snowboard officials credential or higher, recommended (required for timing and race administration roles) QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS US Ski & Snowboard and/or USASA membership, recommended. Current Safesport, CPR and First Aid and CDC Heads Up Concussion, required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS This position will be required to work weekends and holidays.
