Maintenance Technician

Requirements

• 1-year certification from a college/technical school OR 1+ months of related experience and/or training
• Or an equivalent of both education and experience
• 2 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry
• Universal CFC certification
• Willing to work a variety of shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed

Maintenance Technician Job Duties

Be responsible for providing technical support to the site-based electrician, HVAC technician, and other team members, performing carpentry and painting tasks, communicating effectively with others about work performed, using voltage testers and multi-meters, starting up and securing equipment, troubleshooting issues that arise, performing preventative maintenance, and completing reports as required.

Pay | $27.20 - $32.63 per hour
