Pay: $80,000/yr - $95,000/yr The pricing analyst will work with technical and management subject matter experts to prepare estimates and pricing data based on federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and government requests for proposals (RFPs). Daily duties include developing work load estimates, basis of estimates, pricing models, and pricing data. The analyst will conduct pricing trades and analyses to optimize competitive bid pricing and integrate various strategies to develop tailored rate structures for labor-intensive bids. Additionally, the Pricing Analyst will conduct site visits to gather data that will be used to create price estimates and extract Equipment Level detail from Solicitation to generate a Bottoms Up Labor Estimate. Requirements: Degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Business desired 1 to 4 years of experience in facilities maintenance and repair pricing and cost estimating services Instead of a degree, 5 to 10 years of experience in facilities maintenance and repair pricing and cost estimating services are accepted. Expertise in costs associated with facility/systems construction, management, sustainment, repair, and renovation practices Expertise in various cost estimating techniques and source material (RSMeans a +) Proficiency in Excel Estimating experience in facilities operations and maintenance or mechanical/electrical service industry preferred Knowledge of facility maintenance, repair, and construction principles, practices, and techniques is a plus.
