Pay: $100,000/yr - $135,000/yr

Requirements:



  • Seven (7) or more years experience in maintenance and repairs on Commercial-Industrial building equipment
  • Experience and knowledge of office administration, plant management, reporting, budgeting and control, and business operations
  • Familiarity with blueprints, buildings, grounds, equipment, housekeeping, construction, repair, maintenance, purchasing, and inventory control
  • Knowledge of fire safety management and OSHA codes
  • General working knowledge of CMMS systems
  • Strong experience with Windows and MS Office
  • Ability to obtain HSPD-12 clearance.


Job Duties: The Deputy Project Manager will fully complete all aspects of the assigned contract between EGS and the client. They will work with the Project Manager to provide quarterly financial forecasts and monthly updates, ensuring that the contract is managed to meet all contractual requirements and financial goals. Leading a team of technical employees, the Deputy Project Manager will be responsible for maintaining a strong, trained, and disciplined workforce. Additionally, they will manage the contract's overall operations, including daily operations, scheduled maintenance, IDIQ construction and renovations, and administration of subcontracts for facilities work.
