Pay: $45.30/hr Requirements: Requires MD 1st Engineer license Minimum 7 years experience in the engineering field Must be able and willing to work overtime, including evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends as needed The schedule specifically includes working at various locations and routine weekend work Must have a current driver's license, as the role requires driving between buildings Job Duties: Perform general mechanical installation, troubleshooting, and repair related to building mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment such as air handlers, pumps, motors, cooling towers, split systems, chillers, EDS, gen-sets, and other equipment. Performs oversight and assumes responsibility for several facilities in the Chief Engineer's absence.
