Pay | $31.71 - $37.87 per hour

Schedule | Willing to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed

Requirements | 1-year certification from a college/technical school OR 1+ months of related experience and/or training OR an equivalent of both education and experience

Maintenance Worker Duties



  • Perform preventative maintenance inspections on mechanical, electrical, and automatic equipment.
  • Perform mechanical work for the installation and maintenance of equipment, systems, and facilities.
  • Re-lamp both indoors and outdoors.
  • Inspect and test installation.
  • Respond to service calls.
  • Conduct daily/weekly tours of mechanical spaces.
  • Communicate with the owner, owner's representative, or supervisor for work performed.
  • Perform general housekeeping tasks.
