Requirements

• A degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business
• 2+ years of experience providing facility maintenance and repair pricing and cost-estimating services (5 years of experience would be acceptable in place of a degree)
• Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including advanced skills in Microsoft Excel formulas and formula tracing capability
• Able to travel up to 10%

Hybrid Schedule | $80,000 - $95,000

Pricing Specialist Job Duties

Be responsible for analyzing, estimating, and pricing contracts, maintaining project pricing deadlines set by our partner company, reviewing performance work statements/scope of work from clients, customers, and local contract sites verifying for accuracy, developing estimates and pricing in response to customers, preparing any contract modifications and billable rates, attending any meetings about assigned projects, responding to site inquiries, collaborating with the accounting department, and preparing reports, recommendations, and data as needed.
