Pay: $36.00/hr - $40.00/hr Requirements: High school diploma and college, vocational degree or certification, or equivalent experience in industrial electricity and instrumentation Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial instrumentation Driver's license OSHA 10 or 30-hour card Ability to work by reading OEM technical manuals and electrical schematics Proficiency in using proper electrical measuring devices, including digital multimeters, 4-20 ma meters, RTS and thermocouple meters, pressure simulation meters, and similar instrument calibration equipment Experience using clamp meters, meggers, and loop simulators Ability to work on circuits from 24VDC to 480 VAC to locate and remedy power failures or short circuits Proficiency working on motor control circuits, VFDs, and controllers. Understanding of electrical drawings and control panel schematics The Instrumentation Specialist will perform scheduled and un-scheduled electrical troubleshooting, repairs, calibrations, install industrial electrical and instrumentation equipment, and conduct minor repairs on mechanical equipment. Additionally, they will be in charge of updating daily maintenance status in SAP and other reporting systems and attending and completing assigned safety and compliance training.
