Pay rate: $15 - $17/hr.

Custodial Worker responsibilities:

Perform cleaning and trash removal in common areas, including sidewalks, walkways, and parking lots, while assisting with minor maintenance tasks such as painting, moving materials, setting up and tearing down events, and supporting maintenance staff with various small projects.

Qualifications:



  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with 0-1 year of related experience; a valid U.S. driver's license and previous forklift training are a plus.
  • Must be able to read, write, and perform basic math (addition and subtraction) in English.
  • Capable of solving practical problems and interpreting instructions in various forms (written, oral, diagram, or schedule).
  • Must be able to safely use ladders and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrates strong customer service skills and the ability to meet essential job duties, with accommodations available for disabilities.
