Pay: $42.00/hr - $47.00/hr Requirements: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent Minimum of one-year drafting experience Minimum of 3 years of service in the HVAC industry preferred Understanding of related trades for coordination purposes Experience with AutoCAD is required Experience with Revit, Navisworks, BIM Collaborate, or other model viewing/collaboration software is preferred Experience with HVAC, piping, and duct drawings Knowledgeable in 3D coordination with other trades Able to read architectural, structural, and mechanical plans sections, and elevations Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products Job Duties: Draft and design 2D and 3D mechanical drawings for field installation and coordination with other subcontractor trades. You'll participate in coordination meetings to resolve clashes while maintaining budget and constructability requirements and confer with project management staff to resolve issues. In addition, you'll review drawings with the production and field teams and adjust as necessary.
