**Boston preferred; open to New York City or Chicago area** Role Overview As theSenior Business Development Director, your primary focus is to lead the office's efforts to drive profitable revenue growth by developing business with new clients. The Senior Director will manage new business growth opportunities and guide them from the qualification and opportunity briefing phase through to the pitch phase, working in collaboration with leadership, capabilities and agency partners. In Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City the standard base pay range for this role is $135,000.00 - $175,000.00 annually, depending on relevant factors including experience, internal equity and market considerations.
