Renewal by Andersen is a premier replacement window and door company that has an immediate opening for a Technical Measurer that is detail oriented and has related experience. The successful candidate chosen for this position will be responsible for providing accurate measurements and documentation for all jobs, in a timely manner, while providing excellent customer service. Pay starts Between $18-22/hr depending on experience. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Accurately measure existing window and door openings * Provide excellent customer service * Provide support to installers and other departments * Perform other tasks, as needed Qualifications and Skills: * Renewal installation experience strongly preferred OR 5-7 years of carpentry finishing and/or remodeling experience preferred. * Must apply with updated resume * Valid driver's license with acceptable accident and moving violation motor vehicle record * Solid communication skills; clear and readable written documents, graphics, drawings, and messages. * Proven organization skills; prioritize and organize tasks, efficiently and effectively. * Mechanical aptitude: ability to dismantle and reassemble windows, window coverings, and hardware. * Ability to maintain perspective in resolving people conflicts. * Willingness to work variable work hours, adapt to schedule changes, & accept process changes* Demonstrated analytical problem solving and decision making skills; follow systematic approach in situational analysis and definition; arrive at acceptable solutions.
