We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our team in our Upland, PA location. This position is for part-time, second shift, Saturday - Sunday 4:00p - 12:00a, on alternating weekends. Earn $18.69/hr.! Position Details * Provide day-to-day functional guidance to the residential counselors at the site. * Ensure that there is adequate staffing, support/supervision at the home at all times, within budget guidelines. * Assist with assessing, designing, and implementing each consumer's treatment plan to include completion of all required documentation and attendance at all treatment plan meetings. * Communicate with nursing support to ensure safety and emergency procedures including medication protocols and health supports. * Perform chart audits as required.
