Health Care Coordinator (Medication Aide) Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Shift: Day & Evening Location: Avamere at Cascadia Village - 39495 Cascadia Village Dr. Sandy, OR 97055 Responsibilities Administer medications ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of the DHS and according to current policies, procedures, and practices Provide care for residents and assist with updating service plans.
