HYBRID Program Analysts

KeyLogic is the prime contractor at the Department of Energy (DOE) National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL), a leading research institution in energy technology development and analysis. We are currently seeking talented and motivated Energy and Program Support Analysts to join our team and support the Critical Energy Infrastructure and Risk Analysis program within the Department of Energy's Office of Cybersecurity, Energy Security, and Emergency Response (CESER).

Position Requirements:



  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Pubic Administration, or Business Administration. Master's Degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • 2+ years of professional experience
  • Willingness to take initiative and work in a flexible, fast-paced environment with other members of our team and directly with the client.


Position Responsibilities:



  • High energy level, adaptive, strong team player, good work ethic with the ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects, activities and tasks under time constraints.
  • Exceptional communication, teamwork, and influencing skills that foster a collaborative and continuous-improvement environment.
  • Ability to effectively interface with staff at all levels.
  • Develop and conceptualize technical graphics, designs, and templates for various communications products.
  • Deliver project responsibilities within deadlines.
  • Communicate with project team regularly and actively participate in team meetings.
  • Research, write, and edit technical reports and other professional documents.
  • Interact with various stakeholders and team members regularly.
  • Read and synthesize information from multiple sources.
  • Willing to learn new concepts.


Salary Range: $60,000-90,000
