Facility Operations Manager This position requires an active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance to be considered. The Facility Operations Manager will assist with CBP's acquisition; funding management and budget tasks; and facility operations Compensation & Benefits:
- Estimated Starting Salary Range for Facility Operations Specialist: $90,000 to $98,000.
- Pay commensurate with experience.

Facility Operations Specialist Responsibilities Include:
- Supports project needs including acquisition management and analysis.
- Assists in managing acquisition activities, including timelines, documentation, and performance measures.
- Develops acquisition-related documents per USACE, FAA, GSA, CBP, HSAR, and FAR regulations.
- Prepares requirements documentation and assists with Market Research and Analysis of Alternatives (AoA).
- Aids in creating Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE) and lifecycle costs, including market research and price analysis.
- Collects and analyzes data for cost estimation and creates templates for the cost estimating process.
- Develops and tracks cost estimates, leads metrics development, and provides cost estimation training.
- Manages funding, tracks budgets, and submits Purchase Requisition Requests (PRRs) in SAP and TRIRIGA.
- Supports maintenance and repair planning, provides budget and execution strategy recommendations.
- Maintains data and contract information for reporting, manages task order documentation, and tracks funding.
- Oversees facility MRO program data, maintenance contracts, and building systems.
- Monitors maintenance work, supports repair solutions, and ensures environmental task completion and documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Facility Operations Specialist Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 or more years' experience in facilities management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Must have experience using SAP (ERP System).
- Must have experience in IBM TRIRIGA Integrated Workplace Management System
- Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
- Must be able to attain a CBP Public Trust clearance.
