We are looking to hire a Data Services Specialist I who will serve as the primary engineer on all data-related aspects of the client onboarding and post-onboarding process. Ideal candidates possess strong communications skills, attention to detail, and a high comfort level working with clients.Candidates are expected to have a working knowledge ofCRM solutions andrelational databases. Experience working with non-profitorpolitical campaignrelated data is a bonus!

Responsibilities

  • Develop SQL scripts and protocols for Mid-Market and Enterprise Data Conversions

  • Work on specialized migration assignments (ex. payments migrations)

  • Work across departments, including Sales, Engineering, and Product, to accurately set and manage project timelines and outcomes

  • Manage and prioritize your own workflows

  • Work with team members to document and train others on technical tasks

  • Quote basic technical services

  • Awareness of when to seek out technical guidance for code review or advice

  • Implement ETL processes to acquire and load large datasets and improve efficiency of existing ETL processes

  • Scope and execute client requested one-off edits and exports

  • Work with the Onboarding team to understand non-profit and/or political client data needs to fulfill import, export, and migration requests

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in data migration

  • Proficient in manipulating data via SQL or relevant programming language, including but not limited to:update, insert, deletestring functions, subqueries, complex table joins, Database schema (primary keys, indexes, execution plans, etc..)

  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Access, Oracle or similar platforms

  • Demonstrated competency in project management

  • Ability to manage client requests and questions, and to be a technical resource in client-facing calls

  • Proficient in oral and written communications

  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with accurate time-keeping entry

  • Strong attention to detail

Compensation

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and in addition to benefits this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity.

US Base Salary: $56,300 - $78,000

This position is a part of a bargaining union represented by CWA Local 1101, 1400, 2336, or 13000.
