ECU Health is the multispecialty group practice of the Brody School of Medicine.
ECU Health has over 430 providers and sees over 700,000 patient visits per year.
ECU Health is participating member in the Coastal Plains Network Accountable Care Organization and works closely with Vidant Health to improve the health of the citizens of Eastern North Carolina.
This complex organization faces increasing challenges to provide assigned nurses to serve in various ambulatory care nursing roles. |
Job Duties |
Job duties will vary dependent on the specific department assigned to. Duties would include but not be limited to: phone triage, prior authorization for medications and procedures, patient education, and assisting with the movement of patients through to ambulatory clinics.
Part time and Full time positions may be available.

Minimum Education/Experience |
Graduation from state-accredited school of registered nursing and two years of nursing experience, with at least one year in the assigned specialty area. Must have a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina by the North Carolina Board of Nursing. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions. |
