Job Description
* Respond to RFP's submitted by management to initiate recruiting for positions for exempt and non-exempt positions
* Review and pre-qualify all applications and resumes assessing for qualifications and organizational fit
* Complete initial phone screening and interviewing
* Maintain applicant tracking system and properly code each candidate
* Work closely with executive and management team to evaluate department needs
* Submit and review results for multiple candidate assessment tools
* Post positions on internal and external websites
* Coordinate advertising efforts
* Organize and conduct job fairs
* Explore alternative methods of recruiting
* Prepare weekly recruiting production reports
* Travel up to 25% to meet business needs
* Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
* Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
* Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years recruiting experience working on a diverse openings portfolio: IT and Executive level recruiting experience a plus
* Bachelors Degree in related field including Human Resources or Business preferred
* Proven ability to work effectively with employees and managers at all levels
* Ability to communicate with department leads, including C-Suite
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Must be multi-tasked oriented
* Successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
* Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
