We're looking for an IT Finance Business Manager to join our ever-evolving Worldpay Technology Services (WTS) team to help us unleash the potential of every business.

About the team

Our Worldpay Technology Services (WTS) teams keep us moving each day, no matter where we are in the world. From the hardware to the networks and everything between, they humbly make it all happen.

As a member of the WTS Business Management team, the IT Finance Business Manager will enable financial outcome predictability and accountability. The Business Management team supports the CIO in enabling operational excellence and realization of strategic priorities.

What you'll own

The IT Finance Business Manager bridges IT and finance, ensuring IT investments align with company financial goals. This role involves financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and monitoring IT expenditures to drive cost efficiency and value.

1. Strategic Financial Planning

- Develop and manage the CIO budget and financial strategy.

- Provide financial guidance to maximize ROI on IT investments.

2. Financial Analysis and Reporting

- Conduct financial analysis of IT projects.

- Present financial reports to IT and executive leadership.

3. Cost Management

- Implement controls to keep IT spending within budget.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities in IT operations.

4. Project Financial Management

- Oversee financial aspects of IT projects.

- Collaborate with project managers to ensure budget adherence.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration

- Advise IT leadership on financial matters.

- Integrate IT financials with overall company reporting.

6. Governance and Compliance

- Ensure compliance with financial policies in IT.

- Support audits related to IT financials.

Where you'll own it

You'll own it in our vibrant Cincinnati, Ohio Hub. While we're a large team of Worldpayers based in North America, we have collaborative spaces and regular opportunities to celebrate with each other in person.

What you bring

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.

  • Experience 7-10 years in finance or IT financial management.

  • Skills Financial modeling, ERP systems, communication, and understanding of IT operations.

  • Business Acumen: Understand business and financial principles in an IT context.

  • Analytical Thinking Analyze financial data and provide insights.

  • Leadership: Drive financial discipline and decision-making.

  • Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams.
