MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:



  • 3-8 years' experience with use and employment of GAI in LLMS interactions, platforms, and architectures
  • Prior experience developing TTP and/or Standard Operation Procedures for us in the Department of Defense
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • TS/SCI clearance


DESIRED SKILLS:



  • Previous T&E experience
  • Previous experience working with Department of Defense Staff processes
  • Previous experience work with the U.S. Space Force

FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Serve as the Products Developer for the Generative AI Model Integration (GAIMI) Agile Reaction Test (ART) project
  • Develop and test tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) that capture the use, maintenance, and mix of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) in Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance the efficiency of the DOD staff structure through more accurate data queries
  • Serve as a member of a small, diverse team of test planners, subject matter analysts, and the team's Operations Research Systems Analyst. Members of the team will have experience in DoD Staff processes, GAI in LLMs deployment, interactions, platforms, and architectures, and engineering
  • Advise and assist the contract Project Manager (PM), Government Test Director, and the contract team to research existing material relating to the subject matter and to plan, develop, and deliver products in-accordance-with the contract performance work statement, the GAIMI ART Charter Letter, and the Joint Test and Evaluation Handbook. Deliverables include the project plan, detailed test plans to include test venue coordination, risk reduction and field test events, test data analysis and reports, as well as planning and hosting subject matter expert writing groups and Joint Warfighter Advisory Group meetings
  • Assist with final out briefings of the test project's findings, conclusions, and recommendations to senior leadership, and transition of the final TTP transition at the conclusion of the project
