Job Description: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Arranges and schedules project services and care providers for assigned population groups to optimize use of available talent and resources; and, as necessary, provides project services to clients. Supervises the actions of an assigned group of service providers, including hiring, scheduling, training, evaluating, etc. Develops training programstracking and reporting methods that specifically address individual project needs or problematic areas and present to project leadership. Provides orientation materials and information to personnel regarding organizational goals and procedures, applicable regulations and standards, and care administration techniques and procedures. Monitors project activity levels and resulting quantitative and qualitative data to ensure compliance with project's contractual requirements; identifies training and professional development needs and areas for expanding services. EDUCATION Minimum high school diploma or GED with additional training; Bachelor's degree in Human Services field preferred. Must possess thorough knowledge of addictions client population, and applicable regulations and standards. Good project management skills. Must be highly organized. Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to effectively schedule multiple cases with available personnel. EXPERIENCE Two years experience at high school level with 18 months additional education or training, or at least six months experience with a Bachelor's degree.
