Job Summary

Accountabilities

• Constructs data required to establish Purchasing, Inventory control and/or Omnicell records and files.
• Performs customer support by assessing error, problem or other issue; gathers and disseminates information and/or takes corrective action in an expedient manner.
• Completes inventory processes, inclusive of, but not limited to, stock additions, changes, deletes; pick confirmation, issue corrections, replenishment verification and cycle/physical inventory counts.
• Maintains and troubleshoots processes for Purchasing, Inventory Control and ordering systems.
• Prepares, prints, distributes, ensures retrieval and storage integrity of Purchasing and/or inventory control documents and reports.
• Interacts with co-workers and customers of the department to facilitate supply needs in a positive and supportive manner; communicates pertinent information to supervisor.

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities

This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director, or executive.

Minimum Requirements

Education - High School diploma or equivalent

Experience - 2 years computer or data entry experience
