Industrial Engineering Intern

Location: Santa Rosa

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Industrial Engineering Intern to join our team. This role focuses on data analysis to drive equipment maintenance activities and support equipment engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with PowerBI and a strong analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using PowerBI to support maintenance and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to implement data-driven solutions.
• Assist in the development and optimization of maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Support equipment engineering projects by providing data analysis and insights.
• Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and performance.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Proficiency in PowerBI is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of equipment maintenance practices and principles.
