Sr. Learning & Development Specialist - All Regions

The Sr. Learning and Development Specialist will provide a comprehensive range of learning services that align with business needs. The position will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing learning solutions that are engaging and build the capabilities of our workforce. Relationship management and working with internal partners and points of contact are crucial aspects of this role. This position will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with stakeholders, understanding their needs, and determining appropriate training support and solutions. This position will report to the Manager of Learning & Development.

Required Skills

• Designing and developing instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning training courses
• Managing learning and development programs from inception through evaluation
• Collaborating with subject-matter experts to design and develop training programs
• Designing, developing, and evaluating learning activities to engage employees
• Overseeing all aspects of event management related to in-person training sessions
• Evaluating program effectiveness and continuously improving our solutions
• Partnering with executives and department managers on needs analyses and trainings
• Proven consultative and collaboration skills across all levels
• Managing external vendor relations
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven skills in working as a member of a team as well as independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Proficiency in use of virtual delivery platforms (i.e. Teams, Zoom)

Required Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in learning and development, organizational development, instructional design, training, or a related field
• Experience with learning technologies (i.e. Camtasia, Storyline, LMS)
• Prior experience managing a full training program for all roles within a department
• Application of adult learning principals in program design

Job Location

Hybrid with home base located at headquarters or one of our regional offices.

Travel

Approximately 10-15% to regional offices, off-site training venues, and job sites
