Job Title: Contract Management Prof. Location(s): Alpharetta, GA Position Description: * Analyses and comments on tenders, contracts and contract-related documents and gives proactive advice. * Supports LoA process and checks compliance with other internal guidelines and / or processes. (e.g legal questionnaire) * Participates in contract negotiations and in formulation/implementation of negotiation strategy. * Ensure adherence to internal standards and compliance with external regulations. * Contributes to standardization of contracts and improvement processes. How You'll Make an Impact (responsibilities): * Review contracts terms and conditions throughout America making sure they are according to ***'s guideline. * Interfacing with stakeholders in different countries * Participating in meetings with customers to negotiate T&Cs adjustments What You Bring (requirements) : * Fluency in English * Ability to work on a multicultural organization * Wish to learn and high proactivity are key * Legal background Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
