Genesis10 is searching for a Legal Recruiter for a contract position with our team. This position is 100% remote but will work CST/EST hours, 40 hours per week.

Typical Hours: M-F, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Compensation Range: $30.00-35.00 per hour.

Job Description:

Our team is seeking a Legal Recruiter for a contract recruiting position. This role offers the opportunity to be a key player in sourcing and securing top talent. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for attorneys, paralegals, and other legal positions. To accomplish this, you will create and execute strategic recruitment initiatives, build strong relationships with law schools and professional networks, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate is a proactive and resourceful recruiter with a deep understanding of recruiting strategies and a passion for matching top talent with exciting career opportunities. Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for legal roles
• Understand specific hiring needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
• Establish relationships and partnerships with law schools
• Oversee candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding
• Implement and refine recruitment tools and processes
• Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of legal recruiting experience
• Strong negotiation and communication skills required
• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience required
