Here's what you'd do:

  • The Architectural Sales Head will develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and foster good relationships with key clients and partners in the architectural films segment.
  • The Architectural Sales Head will be crucial in generating leads, building connections, setting and achieving sales targets, building and managing the architectural sales team and driving volume and value generation.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the architectural films segment and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, project management companies, and key industry decision-makers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and generating leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and materials targeting the architectural segment.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Work closely with the product development team to understand customer requirements and provide feedback for product improvement.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare reports on sales activities, achievements, and areas for improvement.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct presentations, seminars, and product demonstrations to educate and engage potential customers.
  • Achievement of sales targets in terms of volume and value.
  • Number of new sales and repeat sales in the architectural segment.
  • Conversion rate of leads into customers.
  • Customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Growth in market share and penetration within the architectural segment.
  • Team performance and achievement of individual sales targets.
  • Effective management of sales pipeline and timely closure of deals.
  • Development of good relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Business Administration or Marketing.
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in sales, specifically in the US market, focusing on architectural films, window films, or related industries.
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Minimum of 8 years experience working with architects, builders, project management companies, and government projects.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Master of Business Administration.
  • Good knowledge of the architectural segment, including understanding industry trends, customer needs, product applications, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence key decision-makers.
  • Good leadership and team management abilities, focusing on coaching and developing the sales team.
  • Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a competitive market.
  • This role needs a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the industry.
  • A proven track record in sales and business development.
