Sigma Defense is seeking a former Senior Naval Officer, with knowledge, skills and experience in Command, Control, Communications, Computer Systems/Intelligence and Knowledge Management doctrine, principles, and processes for Electromagnetic Maneuver Warfare (EMW) Management within a Navy Strike Group for a TTGP Senior Analyst Electromagnetic Maneuver Warfare (EMW) Program role.

Do you have experience implementing or lecturing on Strike Group EMW management, C5I-KM principles, doctrine, Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP) as part of operations or training with Naval Carrier Strike Group, Expeditionary Strike Group, Fleet Staff or Major Training Command Staff? Requirements
  • Broad technical background, knowledge, skills and experience in Command, Control, Communications, Computer Systems/Intelligence and Knowledge Management doctrine, principles, and processes for Electromagnetic Maneuver Warfare (EMW) Management within a Navy Strike Group.
  • Broad technical background, knowledge, skills, and experience in EMW doctrine, principles, and processes within a Navy Carrier Strike Group (CSG)/Amphibious Ready Group (ARG).
  • 3+ years of high level (CSG staff) fleet experience planning and implementing EMW principles, doctrine, and TTP (Tactics, Techniques and Procedures) as part of operations with Naval Carrier Strike Group, Expeditionary Strike Group, Amphibious Readiness Group, Fleet Staff, or Major Training Command staff.
  • In depth experience implementing and managing current generation of US Navy surface, sub-surface and airborne EMW systems or equivalent joint systems to meet warfare commander operational requirements as part of strike group operations (including coalition capabilities).
  • In depth experience using Navy Mission Essential Task List methodology and observational evaluation.
  • 3+ years conducting training using current fleet training methodologies and requirements or equivalent military experience.
  • In depth experience planning and implementing critical EMW enablers such as Emissions Control (EMCON), Signature Control (SIGCON), Tactical Situation (TACSIT) Assessments and Operations in a Denied or Degraded Environment (D2E). This should include principles, doctrine and TTP as part of operations or training with Naval Carrier Strike Group, Expeditionary Strike Group, Amphibious Readiness Group, Fleet Staff, or Major Training Command staff.
  • In depth knowledge of Composite Warfare Commander (CWC) principles.
  • In depth knowledge of the Information Warfare Commander (IWC), their staff, and integration within the CWC.
  • Base level knowledge of all CWC Warfare Commander roles and responsibilities.
  • Base level experience conducting Joint military operations within a strike group.

Personnel Clearance Level:

  • Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $170,000 annually.
