CENTRAL IMAGING SPECIALIST

This position is responsible for imaging a variety of documents.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Scan documents that support Distribution activities.
• Perform ongoing quality control to insure accurate and complete imaging and indexing of all documents.
• Perform routine cleaning of scanners.
• Re-scan and manually index additional or supporting documents.
• Perform various other support functions as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned.

MINIMUM SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be computer literate.
• Be able to handle large volume of paper quickly, efficiently and accurately on the same day received.
• Be able to communicate well at all levels both verbally and in writing.
• Be able to assess and prioritize work to meet company, department, customer and supplier deadlines.
• Be able to work independently.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Office environment
