Job Description

This is a hybrid role with 1-2 days on-site and 3-4 days remote.

Responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing risks within the organization. Participate in develop and implementation of risk management strategies, policies, and procedures to minimize potential losses and ensure compliance with regulations. Complete risk assessments, analyze data, and provide recommendations to senior management.

Responsibilities

Insurance Program Management:

  • Actively participate in the development, evaluation and implementation of the company's global risk insurance programs which includes US and International programs.
  • Review accuracy of all policies, changes/endorsements, audits, and other documents.
  • Facilitate day-to-day activities including internal information requests for policies, insurance certificates and/or auto ID cards, accounting/billing, coordination of claims/loss control services.
  • Works collaboratively with the brokers and internal clients in the marketing process including preparation of all necessary applications, submissions, proposals and presentations.
  • Serves as single point of contact for facilities regarding insurance inquiries.
  • Contract review of insurance provisions in coordination with our brokerage partner.
  • Assists with self-insurance run-off requirements for states where previously held self insured status.
  • Review insurance language negotiated in customer/third party contracts.
  • Allocation of premium and expenses to facilities through Risk Management Information System tool.

Claims Management:

  • Work closely with brokerage and insurance partners to manage claims effectively and efficiently.
  • Retrieve and analyze claims data and work with brokerage and insurance carrier partners to facilitate timely closure of claims.

Risk Analysis:

  • Performs risk analysis duties including compilations of underwriting information and coverage placement, loss forecasting and analysis in order to promote maximum protection of our assets and assist in loss reduction often acting as lead responsible for coverage placement.
  • Conduct risk assessments to mitigate liability exposures and contractual risks.

Qualifications

Skills and Certifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in Finance, Economics, or Risk Management.
  • CPCU / ARM designations are a plus, but not required.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in with an insurance carrier or broker, corporate risk management.
  • Ability to communicate across multiple functions of the organization.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Familiarity working with Risk Management Information Systems, implementation and data integrity, and use of system for data management and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment while also establishing work priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Possible travel to R.R. Donnelley Corporate or other facilities - 10%


Additional Information

Thenational pay range for this role is $87300 - $143500. The payrange may beslightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
