JOB DESCRIPTION:

Join us for the Summer 2025 Internship Program!

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Field Enablement team. As a Field Enablement Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the coordination and execution of our enablement programs. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in program management, data analysis, and resource logistics within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What you will do:

  • Program Coordination: Assist in the coordination of new and existing enablement programs, including scheduling, resource management, and logistics to ensure smooth execution and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Calendar Management: Manage and maintain the shared enablement calendar, ensuring that all team members are informed of upcoming events, deadlines, and program milestones.
  • Data Management: Gather, input, and audit data for both new and existing reporting mechanisms, providing valuable insights to the team and supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Asset Management: Support the assessment, management, auditing, and taxonomy of enablement assets, ensuring that resources are organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible to the team.

Who you are:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
