Chicago, IllinoisAdd to Favorite Jobs Email this Job Department: MED-Obstetrics & Gynecology Seeking Research Study Coordinator to work on Maternal-Fetal Medicine Units Network projects. Manages daily operations of biomedical and/or social-behavioral research studies involving multidisciplinary teams of colleagues, sponsors, and other external project stakeholders. Monitors study performance, analyzes & review results, & supervises development & implementation of new protocols. Coordinates collection, analysis, processing & reporting of data & assists Principal Investigator (PI) in judging the validity of test data obtained in regard to biomedical &/or social-behavioral research study(ies) of moderate complexity involving co-investigators, multiple campuses &/or universities. Supervises research study assistant staff and supports training of staff. Completes all activities by strictly following Good Clinical Practices (GCP) & all relevant current local, state, & federal laws, regulations, guidance, policy & procedure developed by the NU Institutional Review Board (IRB), Food & Drug Administration (FDA) Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), & the International Conference on Harmonization (ICH). Coordinates completion of study activities per protocol, including recruitment, and works with other study team members to ensure appropriate completion of all regulatory activities. **Please note: May require participation in study visits on weekends/evenings as needed based on research study needs. The target hiring range for this position will be between $22.00 - $24.00 per hour. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
