Manager - Divestiture and Portfolio Strategy [Hybrid]
Scope of Position EDF Renewables North America is a market-leading independent power producer and service provider with over 35 years of experience. We deliver grid-scale power: wind (onshore and offshore), solar photovoltaic, and storage projects; distribution-scale power: solar and storage; asset optimization: technical, operational, and commercial expertise to maximize the performance of generating projects, and onsite solutions, through the Company's PowerFlex affiliate, offering a full suite of onsite energy solutions for commercial and industrial customers: solar, storage, EV charging, energy management systems, and microgrids. This position is responsible for managing transaction work and overseeing analyses to build EDF Renewables Portfolio Strategy in North America. Duties also include managing investor relationships, marketing of assets, execution of transactions and as well as overseeing post-closing deliverables. In addition, this position oversees market and competitive analyses and makes recommendations on future portfolio strategy. Responsibilities Markets Development and Sale of Structured Assets (DSSA) projects Prepares transaction strategies, marketing materials, and conducts buyer outreach for EDF assets dispositioned for divestiture.
Transaction management: ensures the optimization of value creation and risk allocation on each transaction
Identifies, hires, develops, and retains analysts on Divestiture & Portfolio Strategy team. Investor Relations, Market Intelligence, Strategic Analysis
Portfolio Management
Other duties as assigned Supervision of Others: Supervision of one or more analysts Working Conditions: 85% of time is spent in the office environment, utilizing computers (frequent use of various Microsoft software/programs), phones, and general office equipment. 15% of time is spent outside of the office visiting investors, project sites or attending appropriate conferences and meetings.
