Overview
RTI is a leader in multi-disciplinary research to address complex problems that impact human health. A historical strength, led by RTI's Technology Advancement & Commercialization (TAC) unit, has been aerosol exposure assessment and corresponding effects on human health through basic and applied research that spans the entire source-exposure-dose paradigm. Our research program focuses on health outcomes that leverage our advanced capabilities in aerosol exposure measurements and modeling, particle chemical speciation, data analytics, digital biomarkers of health impacts, and therapeutic drug delivery. We seek to grow our research program by adding expertise in respiratory health, specifically respiratory disease mechanisms, epidemiology, and environmental influences. This research will span the entire exposome from community to molecular levels by applying novel exposure assessment methods to improve public health both domestically and internationally. Responsibilities To lead these efforts, we are seeking a Senior Research Scientist develop and grow this strategic area of research. You will be expected to:
