OverviewAzure Monitor is the Microsoft product that helps customers achieve high-quality application experiences on our cloud and edge platforms, ensuring reliability, availability and performance. It provides features to proactively detect issues, troubleshoot and fix issues when they happen and help plan the most effective investments for future release cycles. As a Senior Product Manager, we need you to lead the efforts of delivering Observability solutions that seamlessly extend from the cloud to the edge. You will work across Azure organizations to identify opportunities, define and deliver critical, customer-facing features, and work with engineering teams to deliver them. This role will have a measurable impact on customer growth and satisfaction for one of the fastest growing businesses at Microsoft. ResponsibilitiesConducts customer research to define scenarios and requirements to land impactful outcomes for observability services at the edge.Identifies opportunities for enabling Observability across the edge in a seamless experience in close collaboration with the Azure Arc and other Azure teams.Understands emerging Observability trends relevant for the edge as well technical issues and how they will impact our services and programs.Presents progress and project updates to leadership.Contributes to an inclusive environment that fosters innovation, embraces open standards and community contributions, and enables continuous improvement of Observability services for the edge, with a modern approach to delivering on the strategy as 'One Microsoft'.Embody our Culture and Values | |
