Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Onboarding Coordinator! This role will play a vital role in facilitating the onboarding process for new hires. This position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees and compliance with company policies and procedures. The Talent Acquisition Onboarding Coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for new hires and collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to deliver a positive onboarding experience.

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling orientation sessions, completing required paperwork, and facilitating access to training information.
    Serve as the main point of contact for new hires, answering questions, providing guidance, and addressing concerns throughout the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met for new hires.
  • Coordinate with Key departments the confirmation of final training cohort counts and breakdowns ensuring new hires have access to necessary equipment, systems, and facilities on their first day.
  • Participate in onboarding process improvement initiatives, identifying areas for optimization and implementing solutions to enhance the onboarding experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to onboarding and employee orientation, incorporating new ideas and approaches into the onboarding process.


Your Skills and Talents: A Winning Combination!



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in onboarding coordination or HR administration role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous in record-keeping and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with HRIS or onboarding software systems preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service to new hires.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with others to achieve common goals
  • Established graphic arts skills. Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, Constant Contact, content management systems, and social media management is a huge plus.
  • Strong experience and comfort with social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc.)
