Sr Program Administrator

Job Purpose:

Interacts with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales service functions. Receives customer requests and prepares documents/trouble tickets related to processing returns (RMA), servicing and exchanges. Updates databases with status of returned materials issues and accounts for returns inventory. Records and reports the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders and delivery schedules. Ensure service information accessible by sorting and filing documents/forms. May schedule field service repair calls. Handles requests for additional company materials. Maintains records of returns, schedulechanges, product enhancements or changes and product pricing, and resolves return credit problems.

Nature of Duties/Responsibilities

The Sr Program Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Program Manager. The following delineates the key roles and responsibilitiesof the Program Administrator:

Supply Commits

oAdminister the supply-commit process

oCoordinate the supply-commit process in conjunction with purchasing, planning, production & program management

oCommunicate order status and commits to customer

oCoordinate commit improvement/reschedule requests

oEscalate to the respective Program Manager and other relevant plant personnel in resolving any demand and supply conflicts

oFacilitate the resolution of any 'standard' planning / ordering requests with the customer and the site

oEstablish a formal commit communication with the customer (weekly, daily)

Demand Management

oUtilize the backlog analyzer to improve order management performance

oUnderstand the customer contract terms and its implications on the order process

oUnderstand the product lead-time portfolio and its implications on the order process

oMaintain complete and detailed files on all customer demand and resulting MDS/MRP execution

oGenerate and maintain the respective customer's waterfall analysis

Customer Management

oEscalation to the respective Program Manager any potential customer care issues between SANMINA-SCI and the customer

oParticipate in the generation of the quarterly customer account reviews to the customer

oSupport operations in all customer related activities

oBuild and promote a healthy business relationship between SANMINA-SCI and the customer

oCoordination of all Engineering Changes including as how it relates to Product deliveries, pricing, etc.

Customer Reporting/Administration

oCoordination of all Customer reports. Reports prepared by appropriate CFT Owner and issued to Customer on time

oSupport QBR preparation

oMaintenance of Customer report profile: detail report, content, owner and frequency of distribution

Education/Experience

4-6years program administratorexperience in a manufacturing environment.

Experience with computers and Microsoft; word, excel.

This is an ITAR facility and applicant must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident.
