REFRIGERATION/BOILER TECH (INDUSTRIAL SERVICES)

We are hiring an Industrial Service Tech at Nestle's Medford manufacturing facility who will directly contribute to the production of household pizza brands known and loved by American families.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:

  • Schedule: Core hours will be 2p-10p Monday-Friday, with some weekend work and overtime.
  • Starting hourly pay of $30.15/hr with an additional $1.50/hr 2nd shift differential

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH:

Maintain, operate, and service the following systems and areas for the plant:

  • The Refrigeration/Boiler Technician is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of all Ammonia Refrigeration machinery, Steam Boilers, and Compressed Air systems.
  • Able to observe good manufacturing practices (GMPs), USDA and OSHA policies, as well as food handling procedures.
  • Refrigeration/Boiler Technicians usually work indoors, they may be exposed to chemicals and extreme temperatures when servicing equipment

REQUIREMENTS:
PREFERRED:

  • Associate's Degree in HVAC (preferred) or two years equivalent experience in HVAC field. Experience with Industrial Refrigeration (ammonia) is ideal.

MINIMUM:

  • High School Diploma or GED. Good general mechanical skills.
  • Any kind of HVAC experience (home/auto), Utility, or Industrial maintenance experience is desired
