JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for assisting in the development and execution of paid media advertising for B2B Spectrum Business brand, including CTV, digital video, social media, display, television and digital audio.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.

We are seeking a dynamic Media Specialist to join our team. The position will be responsible for developing and executing media strategies for our B2B product, Spectrum Business. This role requires a strategic thinker with an understanding of the B2B and paid media landscapes.

Key responsibilities:

* Assist in the development and implementation full funnel strategies including CTV, digital video, social media, display, television, custom content and digital audio.
* Communicate internally and externally with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
* Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders including Creative Strategy, Finance, Research, Operations, Reporting teams, ensuring alignment between teams and adherence to strategic goals.
* Monitor and analyze media performance metrics to ensure a data-driven approach to media, working to optimize campaigns and report on results.
* Work with agency to manage implementation of creative across media with flawless accuracy.
* Work closely with agency of record, ensuring alignment with company goals.
* Employ project management skills, demonstrating the ability to set and meet deadlines for multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in deliverables.
* Perform other duties as requested.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at one time
  • Ability to work well with people from all levels of the organization
  • Ability to make decisions and resolve problems while working under pressure
  • Effective attention to detail balanced with the ability to think strategically
  • Effective Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Effective communication, analytical and writing skills are a must and candidate must be able to work well with others in department
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performing team environment
  • Must be detail-oriented with excellent computer and math skills

Required Education
Bachelor's degree, preferably in related field of study, or equivalent experience

Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Experience with media planning and buying, including agency experience - 2+

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Knowledge of cable and broadcast television, internet and media products and services
Interest in television and/or media

Preferred Education
Field of study in Marketing, Media, or Communications

Preferred Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Media agency, publisher or client: 2-3 years

WORKING CONDITIONS
Office environment
Minimal travel (~10%) possible
