We invite you to view the opportunity below.The primary function of the Consumer Post Closing Department is to safeguard against risk that Associated Bank may otherwise be exposed to through deficiencies in loan documentation or lack of adherence to government regulations or internal compliance requirements. This is accomplished through review and analysis of closing documents on all loan files. Under direct/moderate supervision, verify that closing documents are complete and correct and that all elements of the file are in keeping with the regulations that apply to that particular loan type. Ensure that our lien can be perfected and the Note and Mortgage are defendable in case of a legal action. Deliver legal documents to the title company for recording. Work with borrowers, lenders, title companies, government agencies, processors and underwriters as needed. This person will also:
