We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Infrastructure Manager to lead our Network Reliability Engineering team. The ideal candidate is not only knowledgeable in IT infrastructure but also excels in leadership, strategy, and business operations. This role involves designing, building, monitoring, and maintaining our IT infrastructure, with a key focus on aligning technology initiatives with the organization's strategic goals. You will be responsible for leading a team of highly skilled professionals, developing forward-thinking strategies, and ensuring that our IT infrastructure supports and enhances the organization's mission. Additionally, you will act as a mentor, coach, and advocate for your team, making their contributions visible, impactful, and aligned with our organizational objectives. What You Will Do:
