Job Summary The Nursing Practice Coordinator supports the CNO at the acute care facility by supporting practice standardization and ensuring new changes in practice are efficiently and effectively rolled out. This role is used to review quality, safety, and patient satisfaction data and creating action plans, and leads improvement efforts. This role should work in collaboration with the Clinical Education department to ensure competency-based training requirements are maintained. Serves as subject-matter expert for new products, processes, and technologies.Accountabilities

In lieu of In lieu of the master's degree requirement above, a BSN or bachelor's degree may be considered if the applicant signs a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) agreeing to enroll in an accredited applicable master's degree program within one year and obtain the master's degree within two years. In lieu of bachelor's degree or master's degree requirements, will accept DNP or PhD in Nursing.
